Think Professionally Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and through our events. We process personal information under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

For event registrations: your name, email address, organisation, role, dietary requirements, and accessibility needs. For the briefing subscription: name and email only. For contact enquiries: whatever you write to us.

Why we collect it

To run the events you have signed up for, to send the briefings you have subscribed to, and to answer the questions you have written in. We never sell, rent, or share personal information with anyone outside Think Professionally Ltd, except where we are required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

Event records: seven years after the event date, for accounting and tax purposes. Briefing subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Contact enquiries: two years from the last reply.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, correct any inaccuracies, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@thinkprofessionally.com. We reply within 30 days.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
